Our applications may offer virtual features or upgrades (In-App Purchases). All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store. These purchases are final and non-refundable by us. Apple's standard terms and conditions for billing and refunds apply.
Our services and applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CARASTO Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the services.
